You are required to send us YOUR empty bottle (or Drop off at our warehouse).
1)Pack up your bottles securely and please INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER IN THE BOX, so we know its your bottle.

*If you are in the Los Angeles area please contact us (via the contact page which has all of our contact info) to arrange in-person drop-off/pickup.
